Angling Trust -what they will and are currently doing 2010

Even if you are not an angler or remotely interested in fishing, please notice the emphasis on youth and the wider environment and the well regarded usage and evidence that angling brings to awareness of others, responsibillity and opportunity for youth and marginalised sectors whereby angling can be an empowering means of social provision in the community with cohesion in mind and practice at this time. Regarding fish welfare, because fish are not visible -they are often overlooked yet their health, future and continued well-being needs safeguarding and as such can be seen as a metaphor for those groups in society that are tokenised or overlooked in practical terms.
